What's better than big sweaters paired with some nice over knees when the sun comes out but you still feel like you got somewhere stuck in a fridge. Which I do, 99 % of the time when the weather is like that. The Sunshine, the sunrays, it's certainly beyond awesome. But dear weather god, why can't you just raise the temperature a tiiiiiny little bit? Please?
Other than the temperature my overknees decided to be a bit pain-in-the-ass-y since they simply decided to keep on slipping right under my knee. (SHOES - you got that they named you OVER knees for a reason right?!). So if you have the same issue. I have THE solution. It's also called hair tie. If you (like me) happen to have a kiddo that keeps on redecorating the house and rearranging the array well then you just have to be one lucky kind of person to be able to find two black scrunchies. Which I certainly did not. But but but… we wouldn't be women if there wasn't another solution for this. It's even more simple. It's called broken tights. Yes. Broken. Cut about 20 cm out of them and furl them up and tadaaaaa you have a very stylish, very environmental friendly homemade hair tie (which happens to be even more healthy for your hair since it's only made of fabrics and has no metal part like most of them do.) Put it right above the end of your overknees and tadaaaa. This is where they are supposed to be and where they are going to stay from now on. Whooop Whoop. Happy weekend my loves!
