I have to admit that I stick to that quote if it comes to clothes and fashion. My grandma has tons and tons of clothes which are of course a little old-fashioned yet beyond comparison. It's not just hats and bags, I can call myself one lucky person that she even wears the same shoe size as I do. Today's post has that little something that every post with the little black dress has, too. It has infinity. Yes I am talking about the braces, which is something that reminds me of my grandpa. So to all you fashionable young men out there... today's post is the proof that there might also be some cool stuff in your granddad's wardrobe you just need to perfect it with your favorite piece of clothing et voilà ready is that head-turning new look. Statement glasses and shirt, pastel pants and outstanding jewelry are the perfect company for your braces (btw in case your grandpa doesn't own some... H&M will help you out.).. Handsome. Isn't it?
Meine Lieben, lasst es mich wissen falls ich falsch liege, aber ist es nicht Macklemore der trällert "one man's trash is another man's come up"...? Ich muss zugeben, dass ich dieser Aussage (fast) nur zustimmen kann, vor allem wenn es um Mode geht. Meine liebe Oma hat einen kleinen Mount Everest an Kleidung (vielleicht ist das genetisch bedingt...?) die definitiv einen Hauch Geschichte mit sich bringen, so alt wie sie sind und trotzdem findet man kaum vergleichbare Teile. Der heutige Post hat dieses gewisse etwas, das auch jeder Auftritt im Kleinen Schwarten hat. Zeitlosigkeit. Die Hosenträger erinnern mich unbewusst immer an meinen Opa, aber der heutige Post kann als Appell an all die jungen Herren da draußen gesehen werden.. traut euch ruhig ran an den Schrank von Opa, kombiniert mit euren eigenen Lieblingsteilen kann dieser Look ganz einfach perfektioniert werden. Hierfür nehme Mann einen Pastellfarbene Sommerhose, ein Hemd, Statement-Brille und einen Hauch Schmuck als perfekte Abrundung zu den Hosenträgern (falls Opa hier nicht weiter helfen kann...H&M kann es...).
